Mr. May's first foray into the wonderful world of artisanal spirits was called Asian Parsnip Gin and was inspired both by his love for Britain and his love for travel. May originally made a limited batch of Asian parsnip gin that numbered just 1,420 bottles, all personally signed and numbered by the TV star herself, and have now been completely sold out. They are complemented by spicy flavors from India and Southeast Asia and that rich juniper base that is so important for all gins.
